GCEL’s European Advisory Board appoints new executives from Germany, UK, Switzerland, and Spain

GCEL’s European Advisory Board appointed new members during a strategy session held in London between December 8-9, 2017.

Newly appointed members include H.E. Dirk Niebel, former German Minister for Economic Cooperation & Development, Lord John Waverley, Member of the House of Lords, Mr. Alexis Lautenberg, former Swiss Ambassador and Chairman to Swiss Finance Council and, Mr. Andrew Fraser, Senior Advisor to Mitsubishi and Mr. Juan Roure, Professor of Entrepreneurship, IESE Business School in the United Kingdom.

Also joining the session was Ms. Sandra Fuentes- Berain, former Mexican Ambassador, an Americas Logistics Council Advisory Board member.

Captain Samuel Salloum, GCEL Co-Chairman, welcomed the new members stating: “We are delighted with the appointments made and know that each will play a significant role in the development of strategy for the deployment of the Digital Economy across Europe.”
