GCEL PRESENTS DIGITAL ECONOMY INITIATIVE TO THE U.S. PRESIDENT’S COUNCIL OF ADVISORS ON SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (PCAST)

GCEL was invited to provide a presentation and supporting materials to the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST), a White House advisory body that examines how science and technology can advance U.S. economic prosperity, national security, and innovation.
GCEL’s submission outlined how its Digital Economy platform can strengthen U.S. manufacturing, improve supply chain efficiency, support export growth, expand SME participation, and enhance trusted digital trade infrastructure.
The invitation reflected growing interest in practical technology solutions that improve competitiveness and modernize global trade. GCEL highlighted how its public-private governance model, technology framework, and business approach are designed to reduce business risk, lower costs, improve trade efficiency, and expand market opportunities.
The presentation also emphasized how integrated e-commerce, finance, insurance, and logistics tools can help businesses strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities and increase exports through trusted digital trade networks.
