OUR STORY

The Global Coalition for Efficient Logistics (GCEL) is a non-profit Public-Private Partnership founded in Switzerland in 2005 under Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code.

GCEL unites more than 150 governments through their pan-regional organizations, 26 intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, and leading technology firms employing over 3.2 million professionals who collectively support 60% of global GDP.

Together, they launched the HumaWealth Program, an initiative designed to create a more efficient, inclusive, and secure global commerce ecosystem through the Digital Economy Platform (DEP) for the USD 231 trillion B2B marketplace.

The DEP supports economic growth while enhancing cargo security, food safety, disaster relief, and environmental sustainability.

To enable global deployment, GCEL established the Global Structural Formula (GSF), a governance framework that preserves trust, sovereignty, and balance while overcoming geopolitical, monopolistic, and data-privacy barriers to a unified digital economy.

By contributing your voice, vision, and leadership, you can join global leaders in advancing GCEL’s mission:

"Connecting the Strengths of the World Community to Create Well-Being Across Humanity."

OUR MISSION

GCEL's mission is to set the targets, provide the tools, and build the global consensus needed to empower the Digital Economy Platform (DEP) through its HumaWealth Program - uniting nations, industries, and communities to deliver sustainable prosperity for all.

"Connecting the Strengths of the World Community to Create Well-Being Across Humanity."

GCEL'S HISTORY

The Global Coalition for Efficient Logistics (GCEL) was created as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) in 2005 by government and private sector leaders.

CORE VALUE

GCEL’s core values are efficiency, transparency, and shared prosperity.Through the HumaWealth Program and the Digital Economy Platform (DEP), we aim to:

• Improve efficiency and transparency across global value chains.

• Reduce commercial risk through digital tools that lower costs, fraud, and uncertainty.

• Strengthen the buying power of mid- and low-income nations while creating sustainable demand for high-income economies.

• Ensure the benefits of digital commerce are shared by all nations and communities.

These values drive GCEL’s mission to expand global commerce, unlock opportunity, and improve well-being across humanity.

GLOBAL STRUCTURAL FORMULA

GCEL’s initiative is founded on a simple principle: a global economic solution cannot be achieved by governments or the private sector alone.

Governments protect national interests, while the private sector drives innovation and efficiency. A balanced public-private partnership is therefore essential for any system affecting global commerce and national sovereignty.

To support this vision, GCEL established the Nations Security Solution (NSS), addressing the needs of nations and the global B2B marketplace, projected to reach USD 524 trillion by 2037 while creating a USD 25 trillion digital services industry.

The Global Structural Formula (GSF) ensures that:

• The initiative is led by a non-profit organization, maintaining neutrality and trust.

• Global organizations deliver and maintain the system under public oversight.

• Governments, IGOs, NGOs, and industry leaders participate within their respective jurisdictions.

The GSF also provides independent oversight that mitigates geopolitical, monopolistic, and data-privacy risks while supporting worldwide DEP deployment.

Through this framework, GCEL ensures the digital economy remains inclusive, transparent, and sustainable.

GLOBAL STRUCTURAL FORMULA CLUSTERS

Governments address national and global economic challenges but are not direct providers of marketplace solutions. Independent non-profit organizations help ensure equal opportunity while reducing anti-trust and monopoly risks.
GCEL is an independent non-profit partnership that unites governments and industry leaders to address global economic challenges. It oversees the Revenue Sharing Organization (RSO), ensuring DEP deployment remains fair, efficient, and free from monopolistic influence while protecting national sovereignty.
The World Logistics Council (WLC) is a semi-governmental Revenue Sharing Organization governed by representatives from the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. It provides balanced regional representation, oversight of the World Logistics Council Network (WLCN), and operates through a transparent revenue-sharing model
The World Logistics Council Network (WLCN) consists of leading commerce, finance, insurance, and technology organizations selected through a transparent process. It deploys and maintains MDDEAS® while accelerating innovation and economic benefits across global markets.
The Multi-Dimensional Digital Economy Application System (MDDEAS®) is the digital infrastructure powering the new global economy. Developed through more than 25 years of research and collaboration with leading technology firms, it supports the USD 231 trillion B2B marketplace through thousands of digital business applications.By combining Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and Blockchain technologies, MDDEAS® delivers real-time visibility, trust, and efficiency across commerce, finance, insurance, and logistics while ensuring Ultimate Data Quality (UDQ).MDDEAS® enables organizations of all sizes to reduce risk, lower costs, expand access to finance and insurance, and accelerate growth. As the technological foundation of the HumaWealth Program, it transforms digital connectivity into shared prosperity.
