On January 30 in Doha, H.E. Sheikh Abdulla Bin Saoud Al-Thani, Governor of Qatar Central Bank, hosted a briefing session with the GCEL delegation to discuss how the Digital Economy Platform can support Qatar’s National Vision 2030 and accelerate economic development.
Discussions focused on strengthening Qatar’s financial sector, advancing economic diversification, and supporting the country’s goal of achieving a higher standard of living through digital transformation.
GCEL presented how its Digital Economy initiative can help digitize Qatar’s economy and trade relationships, expand its services sector, and strengthen its position as a regional financial hub delivering innovative digital financial services.
