The Contribution to The 2015 Turkey B20-G20 Presidency
This brochure includes selected milestones and contributions from GCEL’s 15 years of R&D, including 75% of the world’s citizens signing MOUs to empower the Digital Economy through GCEL’s HumaWealth Program, culminating in the adoption of the Digital Economy as a key B20 Turkey recommendation to G20 leaders.
The Voice of The G20 Citizens
To date, 85% of the G20 citizens have committed to conduct the G20 Nations Case Study, a diagnostic assessment of real economy participants from shelf-to-shelf. So far, nearly 40% of the G20 population have been completed, 78% of real economy participants have no integrated system, and 90% of them agree on the form of the Digital Economy.
2015 Turkey B20 Task Forces Kick off / Empowering Digital Economy
Being selected as a member of five 2015 Turkey B20 Taskforces, GCEL published the first of several documents on how the Digital Economy can provide the policy framework to implement the trade, financing growth, infrastructure and investment, SME, and Employment B20 Taskforces recommendations to empower growth in the global economy.

G20 Nations Case Study
The G20 Nations Case Study is an assessment of 19 of the G20 Nations involving face-to-face interviews with government trade ministries, national trade associations, and academia to measure the efficiency of trade against what technology can make possible today. To date, 78% of real economy participants have no integrated system and 90% agree on the form of the Digital Economy.
B20 Turkey Inaugural Meeting
Real economic growth can be achieved by using new 21st century technology tools to reduce annual trade costs by USD 1.3 trillion, increase trade by USD 1.2 trillion, and create a USD 6 trillion service industry opportunity; equating to 100 million new jobs.
The Global Single Window ++
 The Global Single Window ++ (GSW++) is “a facility that allows parties involved in trade and transport to lodge standardized information and documents with a single entry point to fulfill all import, export, and transit-related regulatory requirements. If information is electronic, then individual data elements should only be submitted once.”

By joining an empowered global Digital Economy ecosystem, Africa will benefit from a USD 28.5 billion reduction in trade cost, increased trade by USD 337 billion, and a new USD 1.5 billion service market opportunity; all resulting in 32 million new jobs in the Middle East and Africa region. It will also benefit from an agriculture surveillance system to contain food outbreaks.

SEA Flyer - Your Voice Counts
The Shipment Efficiency Analysis (SEA) will enable the establishment of a True Trade Efficiency Assessment Standard. An invitation was sent to Indonesia to become partners with GCEL in trade innovation and to participate in the Indonesia SEA 2012, with the Digital Economy value proposition of an increase of USD 41.77 billion in trade and 2.18 million jobs in Indonesia.

This document is one of three regional roadmaps and a joint publication by GCEL and the Association for Development Financing Institutions in Asia and Pacific (ADFIAP). Secure Cargo Anti-Terrorism Coalition - SCAC Report
The Secure Cargo Anti-Terrorism Coalition (SCAC) has successfully completed the first phase of the Global Horizontal E-Logistics System (GHELS) pilot program. Acknowledgment has been received from the world’s most prominent technology, insurance, and finance firms, as well as respected academicians and their institutions, who have affirmed the benefits delivered GCEL and are ready to participate in GCEL’s global initiative.
